Extra Touches. Extra Confidence.

This section is exclusive to players training with C4F.

 

The C4F Player Portal provides access to a curated library of training videos designed to help players get more touches on the ball, build confidence, and become more comfortable in possession — outside of team training.

 

At top academies across Europe, players are on a ball almost every day. Not always in long or intense sessions, but through short, consistent, high-quality work.

That’s exactly what this portal is built for.

 

These sessions are designed to complement team football, not replace it.

How Often Should Players Use the Videos?
   •    2–3 times per week
   •    20–30 minutes per session
   •    Completed away from team training
 

This work can be done:
   •    On non-training days
   •    Earlier in the day before training
   •    Or doubled up if a player misses a session


The goal isn’t to overload players. It is to
   •    Build strong training habits
   •    Increase quality touches on the ball
   •    Develop confidence and comfort in 1v1 and game situations


Small sessions. Done consistently. Big long-term gains.
