Terms & Conditions

1. Membership and Fees:

For Performance and Development Squads:

• Selection Process: Participation in C4F programs is by selection only. C4F reserves the right to determine eligibility based on skill level and program availability.
• Letter of Offer: Upon selection, you will receive a letter of offer outlining program details, fees, and payment deadlines. Acceptance is valid for 48 hours only, and full payment is due within 2 weeks.
• Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available upon review and approval by C4F.
• Fees and Included Services: Your season fee covers all services outlined in the letter of offer. C4F may offer additional services at an extra cost.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in program termination at C4F’s discretion.
• Season Validity: Membership fees cover the current season only. Renewal is required for participation in future seasons.
• Refund Policy: All programs are non-refundable. However, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the date of acceptance, during which refunds may be considered at C4F’s discretion

For Non Select Entry Programs:

• Program Availability: Participation in C4F programs is open to everyone. C4F reserves the right to determine eligibility based on program availability.
• Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available upon review and approval by C4F.
• Fees and Included Services: Your season fee covers all services outlined in the letter of offer. C4F may offer additional services at an extra cost.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in program termination at C4F’s discretion.
• Season Validity: Membership fees cover the Program for 1 term only. Renewal is required for participation in future programs.
• Refund Policy: All programs are non-refundable. However, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the date of acceptance, during which refunds may be considered at C4F’s discretion.

2. Team Placement and Training:

• Equipment and Facilities: C4F provides all necessary training equipment and facilities.
• Session Changes: C4F reserves the right to cancel, relocate, or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with 7 days’ notice.
• Team Placement: Team placement is based on age and skill level. C4F retains final decision-making authority.
• Training Attendance: Attending training sessions outlined in the letter of offer is mandatory. Unexcused absences may affect game-day participation. Any absences should be communicated with the coach via direct message, or email.
• Training Equipment: While training equipment is provided, players are responsible for their own soccer boots, shin guards, and ball.

3. Conduct and Behavior:

3.1 Parents’ Code of Conduct:

• Positive Environment: Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for your child, coaches, and teammates.
• Respect: Treat all players, coaches, referees, and other parents with respect. Lead by example for your child.
• Sportsmanship: Promote fair play and good sportsmanship, win or lose.
• Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with coaches. Address concerns privately and constructively.
• Attendance: Ensure your child’s regular attendance at practices and games. Notify coaches of absences in advance.
• Equipment: Ensure your child’s equipment is in good condition and adheres to team requirements.
• Sideline Support: Encourage your child from the sidelines and allow coaches to do their job.
• Conflict Resolution: Follow established conflict resolution procedures for the benefit of the team.
• Refunds: Registration fees are generally non-refundable. C4F may consider partial or full refunds based on extenuating circumstances.

3.2 Players’ Code of Conduct:

• Respect: Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, and spectators with respect, both on and off the field.
• Fair Play: Play by the rules and strive for self-improvement.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with teammates, supporting and encouraging each other.
• Coaching: Listen to coaches, learn from their guidance, and apply learnings during training and matches.
• Attendance: Maintain regular attendance at practices and games. Notify coaches of absences in advance.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude even during challenges, and encourage teammates to do the same.
• Equipment: Take responsibility for personal equipment by keeping it clean and in good condition.
• Sportsmanship: Shake hands with opponents and referees after games. Avoid unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Complaints: Submit all complaints in writing to liam@conditionedforfootball.com.au or admin@conditionedforfootball.com.au. Do not approach coaches directly on game days or during training sessions. Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate program termination.

4. Games and Tournaments:

• Participation: Players are expected to participate in all scheduled games and tournaments unless excused by C4F.
• Travel: Players are responsible for transportation to and from games and training sessions.
• Game Cancellations: C4F reserves the right to cancel or postpone games due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tournament Fees: Participation in tournaments with entry fees is at the additional cost of the players’ parents.
• Game Day Selection: C4F has the final say on game-day squad selection. Factors like training performance, injuries, attendance, behavior, and tactical needs against the opponent may be considered. Reasons for non-selection will be communicated upon request.

5. Club Policies and Procedures:

• C4F has established policies and procedures regarding injury management, equipment use, and club fundraising. Members are expected to familiarize themselves with these policies, available on the website or communicated directly. We reserve the right to update these policies and procedures with timely notice.

6. Liability and Insurance

• C4F is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, games, or related activities. Players are required to disclose any pre-existing health conditions before participating.
• Players must have their own personal health and accident insurance. C4F provides limited liability insurance that covers its obligations but does not extend to personal injuries or property damage.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• C4F collects personal information for administrative purposes and communication. All data will be handled in compliance with privacy laws.
• C4F may take photos or videos during sessions or games for promotional use. If you do not consent to your child’s image being used, please notify C4F in writing.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• In the event of program cancellation by C4F, refunds or credits will be offered at C4F’s discretion.
• C4F reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of these terms and conditions, with or without notice. Refunds for terminated memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If a 1:1 or small group session is cancelled by the parent or player with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full amount of the session will still be charged, unless decided otherwise by C4F. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of our coaches and to ensure fairness for all participants.

9. Communication

• All official communications will be sent via email or through designated apps/platforms. Members are responsible for regularly checking these channels for updates.
• Ensure that C4F has updated emergency contact information on file for each player.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11. Acknowledgment of Terms

• By participating in C4F programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• By participating in a C4F program, you agree to receive the latest email communications from C4F.
