Liam Wolstenholme
Liam is the Director of Conditioned for Football and one of the program’s Head Coaches. He is currently playing VPL1 with Eltham Redbacks and, at just 22 years of age, has already made over 75 senior appearances.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, majoring in Strength & Conditioning, and brings a strong performance-based approach into his coaching.
He is passionate about providing high-quality, enjoyable coaching for players of all abilities, without the excessive price tag often associated with elite environments. Liam focuses on long-term development, confidence on the ball, and building resilient, well-rounded footballers.
